Nataly Stephens

Nataly Stephens serves as a Coordinator at Atlantic Records since 2015, where responsibilities include managing the daily professional and personal priorities of the Chairman/CEO, overseeing various projects from initiation to delivery, and conducting industry research. Exceptional interpersonal skills facilitate effective communication across the company and with external partners, while efficient process design helps maintain organizational workflow. Additionally, Nataly is the Founder and Cultural Strategist of La Bella Morenita, a lifestyle and digital platform that empowers women in multiple aspects of their lives. Nataly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law from Norfolk State University.
