Elaine Avery

Elaine Avery has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Resource Groups & Partnerships and First Vice President at Atlantic Union Bank since February 2005. In this role, Elaine has successfully led call center operations, expanding from an 8-seat to a 64-seat operation, and managed teams through multiple mergers to create a high-performing unit. Prior experience includes a position as Customer Service/Project Manager at 310 Marketing, where Elaine enhanced customer outreach and developed key partnerships. Additionally, Elaine held various roles at Pitney Bowes, including New Acquisitions Sales Manager, greatly contributing to revenue growth. Elaine holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University and attended the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
