Shannon Carter

Shannon Carter joined the Atlas Network team in 2017 and is a recent graduate from Hartwick College. She has a degree in business administration with a second major in political science, and a minor in economics. She also was a member of her college’s field hockey team. Shannon was an intern with Atlas Network before returning as the office manager. She is excited to be back and to continue to learn more about the international freedom movement.
