Patrick Stearns currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Atmosera, a leader in full lifecycle application development and Azure services, since April 2025. Prior to this role, Patrick held several significant positions in talent acquisition, including Interim Lead at AbbVie, where a data-driven approach was employed to manage recruitment strategies for the Accounting & Finance division, and Senior Manager at Discover Financial Services. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at Telnyx, Epsilon/Conversant, Mattersight Corporation, and Illuma LLC, where skills in building and managing talent acquisition teams were developed. Patrick began a professional journey with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Butler University and has a strong commitment to enhancing workforce planning and recruitment processes across various organizations.
