Victoria Clarke

Victoria Clarke serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Bolt since July 2025, overseeing team building across over 50 countries. Previously, Victoria held the position of Talent Acquisition Operations Leader for the Americas and EMEA at TikTok from April 2023 to July 2025, where strategic enhancements in hiring quality and efficiency were implemented. Between June 2016 and March 2023, Victoria was a Global Leader in University Talent Acquisition at Meta, managing programs focused on emerging talent and diversity while leading the recruiting response to changing work models during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA at PayPal and as a Talent Resourcing Manager at BSkyB, focusing on workforce planning and direct sourcing initiatives. Victoria earned a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from Cardiff University and participated in the ERASMUS Programme at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela in Spanish Language and Literature.
