Chris Sargent

Chris Sargent is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Kroll since January 2019, following a rebranding from Duff & Phelps, where Sargent previously held the role of Senior Manager in Recruitment. From January 2010 to January 2019, Chris managed a recruitment team at Ernst & Young, focusing on Transactions hiring across various sectors in the UK. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Monarch from June 2007 to November 2009, contributing to a fast recruitment service in the IT sector. A career break was taken in late 2009 for travel, during which Chris visited over 20 countries. Chris holds a BA in Modern History from the University of Birmingham, earned between 2004 and 2007.
