Kara Gibson

Kara Gibson currently serves as the Roaming Operations Manager at ATN International, a position held since October 2023. In this role, Kara leads implementations testing and provides roaming support in collaboration with global network operators. Responsibilities include reviewing roaming agreement contracts, spearheading technically challenging projects, leading configurations, and coordinating with network operations teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of tasks. Prior to this role, Kara held various positions at ATN International from December 2011 to January 2023, including Implementations & Network Integration Specialist, Roaming Operations Engineer, and PRL Analyst, gaining extensive knowledge of network elements such as MSC, VLR, HLR, HSS, SGSN, MME, and Core network operations.
