Ashraf Kaleem

Ashraf Kaleem currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Atomberg Technologies, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Ashraf held various roles at Urban Company from August 2015 to April 2023, including Associate Vice President for Central Supply Operations and General Manager, where significant revenue growth and operational expansion were achieved. Notably, Ashraf drove a 2.4X revenue increase from $18 million to $44 million by optimizing the supply network and enhancing partner performance. Additionally, Ashraf successfully launched and scaled the Home Repairs Business in over 30 cities, achieving over 20,000 orders delivered in the first year. Earlier in the career, Ashraf worked as a System Analyst at Mphasis after earning a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Integral University in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
