Addison DeBolt has extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment industry. Addison began their career at Electronic Arts in 2004 as an Animator III and worked there until 2009. Addison then joined Sledgehammer Games / Activision as a Senior Animator from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Infinity Ward, where they held roles as a Senior Animator and Senior Technical Animator. Addison then moved on to Seismic Games as a Lead Animator from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they worked briefly at Niantic, Inc. as a Lead Animator before joining Fox VFX Lab as a Lead Technical Animator from 2018 to 2019. Addison then worked at Red Storm Entertainment as an Expert Technical Animator from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Technical Animator at Atomic Arcade since 2023.

Addison DeBolt attended the Academy of Art University but did not specify the dates or degree obtained. They later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Digital Imaging and Animation at California State University, Chico. Again, no specific dates were provided.
