Carmen Cristina Tempesta is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional with a background in human resources. Since September 2021, Carmen has served as a People Partner and held various senior roles in talent acquisition at Atom Learning. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sweatcoin and a position in talent acquisition at Greensill Capital during its administration phase, where Carmen excelled in sourcing and onboarding candidates for fintech and startup environments. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Assistant position at the Scottish Association for Marine Science, focusing on recruitment and HR administration. Carmen holds a Master of Arts in English with Creative Writing from the University of Aberdeen and a CIPD Diploma in HR Practice from ICS Learn.
