Richard Briggs

Richard Briggs is an experienced IT leader with a robust background in service delivery and platform operations. Currently serving as Director of Platform Operations at ATPCO since June 2017, Richard oversees service delivery across Americas, Nordics, Mainland Europe, and Asia/Pacific, managing a team of ten IT professionals and contributing to the company's IT Management group. Prior to this role, Richard held positions at PA Consulting Group from September 2006 to May 2017, including Head of Regional IT Service Delivery and Head of US Service Delivery. In these positions, Richard successfully implemented ITIL Service Management principles, improved performance, and developed strategic roadmaps to enhance operational efficiency.
