Mike Dugger

Mike Dugger is a seasoned leader in manufacturing engineering with a robust background in the medical device sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at AtriCure, Inc., Mike oversees cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative Afib medical devices. Prior experience includes roles at Ethicon, Inc., where Mike contributed as a Staff Lead Development Engineer, focusing on the development of new medical device components and assembly equipment. Earlier positions include leadership roles at Rotex Global, LLC, managing screen assembly operations, and at Ford Motor Company in various engineering capacities.
