Elizabeth Kiker

Elizabeth Kiker has extensive experience in healthcare operations and management, primarily within Atrium Health since June 2011. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations for Hospital Medicine, Elizabeth has held various leadership roles including Senior Manager and Manager for the Levine Cancer Institute, and has worked as a Senior Consultant. Key responsibilities include overseeing provider retention initiatives, conducting exit interviews, and managing recruitment and onboarding surveys. Elizabeth is also actively involved in multiple committees focused on physician engagement and recognition. Prior to Atrium Health, Elizabeth worked as a Health Education Specialist at UNC Charlotte and a Health Educator at MaineGeneral Health. Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with a degree in Medical Biology from the University of New England.
