Jonathan Collier graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications from Brigham Young University in 2002. In 2000, they also studied History, Culture, Religion, and Languages at the Brigham Young University Jerusalem Center for Near Eastern Studies. In 2014, they pursued executive education in Mergers and Acquisitions at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Jonathan Collier also holds additional certifications in Crisis Media Training and Effective Media Communications from The Ammerman Experience, obtained in 2009, and as a Certified Medical Transport Executive (CMTE) from the Medical Transport Leadership Institute (MTLI) - Oglebay, obtained in 2021.
