Steven Mayou

Steven Mayou is an experienced professional in sustainable building science and energy management, currently serving as an Instructor for the Sustainable Building Science Technology BAS Program at South Seattle College since December 2019. Additionally, Steven has held the position of Senior Building Performance Engineer at ATS Automation, Inc. since April 2011, focusing on building control, energy management, and HVAC system performance. Prior roles include serving as a Nuclear Reactor Operator for the US Navy, responsible for reactor operations and safety, and as Aquatics Director at the Northeast Family YMCA, where responsibilities included staff management and budget oversight. Steven holds an MBA in Sustainable Systems from Presidio Graduate School and has earned multiple degrees in sustainable building science and energy management from various institutions.
