Fleming's background also includes financial leadership in enterprise solutions sales and business planning, alongside roles in real estate finance and lease analysis at Merrill Lynch and JLL. Thomas holds an M.B.A. in Financial Management from Pace University and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Siena College.
