James Ells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and growth management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Growth and VP at Attentive, Ells leads efforts in personalized mobile messaging for e-commerce and retail brands. Prior to this, Ells was the Director of Strategic Accounts and Team Lead USA at Synthesio, where achievements included securing a significant global agency deal prior to the company’s acquisition by IPSOS. Additional experience includes roles at Offerpop, Experian Data Quality, and Wells Fargo Financial, where Ells demonstrated expertise in social media marketing, account management, and customer acquisition.
