Alena Krylova began their career in 2012 as a Novotel Human Resources Intern at Accor. Alena then worked as a Marketing Intern at Executive Diversity Services from June 2014 to September 2014. From January 2015 to June 2015, they served as a Marketing Assistant and Market Research Manager at PULS Nutrition. Alena joined Allianz in October 2017 as a Working Student in Health Claims and later became a Working Student in Motor Onboarding from August 2018 to December 2018. In February 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant at Technical University Munich before joining BMW Group in March 2019 as a MINI Sales Intern for the Region Asia-Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Alena'smost recent role is Chief of Staff at Audatic, which they started in December 2020.

Alena Krylova obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and High-Tech Management from JAMK University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Alena then pursued a Student Exchange Program at The American Business school of Paris in 2013. In 2015, they studied German Language at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and in 2020, they furthered their German language skills at Deutschzentrum München. From 2016 to 2019, they attended Technical University of Munich and completed a Master's Degree in Consumer Affairs. In 2021, they earned a Professional Diploma in UX Design from UX Design Institute. Alena Krylova also obtained additional certifications such as a CliftonStrengths Certificate of Talent from Gallup in 2019, a High Tech Management certification from JAMK University of Applied Sciences in 2014, and a Supercoach® Entrepreneurial Training certification from EnableVentures in 2014.
