Tierra M.

Tierra M. has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Tierra started their career at Amazon in 2014, where they quickly progressed from Shift Manager to Senior Operations Manager, overseeing the management of courier accounts and contributing to the expansion of Amazon PrimeNow and Amazon.com in New York. In 2016, Tierra joined Google, where they held various roles, including National In-Market Fulfillment Manager and Project Manager Team Lead for Google Express. Tierra demonstrated strong leadership skills and successfully managed day-to-day operations, analyzed key trends, and developed training materials. In 2018, Tierra co-founded Halsey & Dean, a platform supporting local artists in sharing and selling their work through curated events in Harlem. Later that year, they worked as a Fulfillment Manager at Jetblack, streamlining processes and optimizing efficiency. Most recently, Tierra joined Augury in 2019, taking on roles such as Field Operations Manager and Services Operations Project Manager, where they focused on improving cross-team collaboration, implementing new processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Tierra M. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in BFA from Virginia State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications.
