Terry Stringer Damron

Terry Stringer Damron is an experienced academic and marketing professional with a longstanding tenure at Austin Peay State University, where roles have included Associate Professor of Marketing, Assistant Professor of Marketing, and various positions in marketing management. In addition to academic responsibilities, Terry served as Assistant Director and then Director of Marketing and taught Freshman Seminar. Prior experience includes a position as Events and Marketing Manager at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Convention and Visitors Bureau and an Assistant Manager role at Build-A-Bear Workshop. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Professional Practice from Trevecca Nazarene University, as well as a Master’s and two Bachelor's degrees from Austin Peay State University in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, and Management.
