Jasmine Reay serves as the Group Executive for Infrastructure and Engineering at ANSTO, the national organization for nuclear science and technology, since October 2024. Prior to this role, Jasmine was the General Manager of Portfolio & Asset Management at Lumea, where leadership responsibilities included overseeing portfolio management, connection services, and technical services. Jasmine’s experience spans several key roles, including Director of Customer Portfolio Management and Portfolio Performance Manager at Lumea, and Director at Attigo Consulting, managing significant projects for the City of Sydney. Jasmine's earlier career includes positions at UNSW, City of Sydney, Sydney Airport, Turner & Townsend, and GHD, with a strong focus on project management within various sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master in Planning from UNSW and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney.

ANSTO

ANSTO is one of Australia’s largest public research organisations and custodian of much of our country’s important science infrastructure, including the OPAL nuclear research reactor, the Australian Synchrotron, accelerators, cyclotrons and neutron beam instruments.
