Tanya Miocic

Tanya Miocic is an experienced professional in employee engagement and communication, currently serving as the Director of Employee Engagement and previously as the Director of Employee Communication, Change & Engagement at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) since March 2017. With a focus on strategic change and internal communication, Tanya has managed teams across multiple locations to enhance employee success and engagement. Prior roles at Austrade included leading brand strategy initiatives and transforming the organization’s social media approach. Before joining Austrade, Tanya held positions at IBM, including Social Brand Strategist, where data-driven strategies increased brand engagement, and as Field Enablement Specialist, where Tanya developed training programs for the salesforce. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Information and Media from the University of Technology Sydney and is pursuing a Mini MBA in Marketing.
