Junior Product Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. Our Junior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for taking the messaging created through GTM campaigns and product marketing activities and tailoring it to specific customer and end user audiences. If you love taking product features and turning them into tangible benefits for customers, and putting yourself in customers and end users shoes to create messaging that will resonate with different personas, this is the perfect position for you! You’ll be collaborating closely with the product leads and the larger marketing team, as well as managing the Auterion sales enablement library for product-related materials.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support Go-to-Market planning: draft messaging/content for blog posts, email communications, product summaries, slide decks, etc.
• Lead smaller product launches for software updates and new features - e.g. AuterionOS release updates or Suite features
• Own the creation of product marketing and sales enablement material like product summaries, brochures, presentation decks, video tutorials and walkthroughs
• Continuously monitor product developments and ensure product marketing content reflects the latest products capabilities
• Coordinate product-related content for Social Media posts with the Marketing Manager
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, graphics, product, and engineering teams to create necessary product materials
• Support in planning and execution of marketing videos in Zurich

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience with product marketing
• Marketing, Communications, Business or Engineering degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Proficient in Hubspot or similar Marketing Automation software
• Familiarity with Figma and Notion preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
• Fluent in English 
• CH / EU Citizenship required
