Anthony McArdle

Anthony McArdle is an experienced learning and organizational development professional with a strong background in various leadership and development roles spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Learning Lead and Organisational Development at Auto Trader UK since February 2020, Anthony previously worked at O2 (Telefónica UK) as Learning Manager, where solutions were developed in collaboration with key stakeholders for business challenges. Prior experience includes positions at EDF Energy as a Leadership Delivery Specialist and Learning and Development Specialist, where strategic support was provided to meet operational development needs.
