Michael Fenton

Previously, Michael worked as Principal at Edgewater Firm LLC from May 2020 to July 2024, specializing in real estate and hospitality consulting, asset management, development, and acquisitions. Notable projects include the Terranea Resort in California and luxury hotel developments in Florida. Michael’s experience includes roles as Chief Financial Officer at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, overseeing the hotel’s reopening post-Hurricane Maria, and as Area Director of Finance at Highgate. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida.
