Mariluz Blandon

Mariluz Blandon currently serves as the Director of Global Diversity Strategy and Partnerships at Autodesk since May 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Diversity and Belonging HR Business Partner. Prior to Autodesk, Mariluz worked as a Human Resources, Organizational Development, and DEI Consultant at OperationsInc from September 2018 to April 2021. Mariluz's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Organizational Development/Diversity and Inclusion at The Brooklyn Hospital Center from June 2016 to August 2017, and as an Organizational Development Business Partner at Constant Contact from July 2014 to August 2015. Additionally, Mariluz worked as a Learning and Development Manager at NHPRI from July 2012 to June 2014. Mariluz earned a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from The City College of New York between January 2017 and January 2023.
