Eric Burgos has extensive experience in compliance and administrative roles at Automated Collection Services, Inc. Eric started in 2017 as an Administrative Services Supervisor and quickly advanced to become an Administrative Services Manager. From there, they moved into compliance positions, starting as a Compliance Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Compliance. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Compliance. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong knowledge of laws and regulations in the debt collection industry and has effectively supported company goals and met compliance requirements. Prior to their compliance roles, Eric worked as a Collector and Team Leader, where they excelled in coaching and motivating collectors to achieve higher performance. Eric Burgos attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) without completing a degree. In 2017 and 2018, they obtained certifications including Credit and Collection Compliance Professional and Credit and Collection Compliance Officer from ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. Additionally, they completed the FCRA Data Furnisher Requirements certification from the Consumer Data Industry Association in 2017.
