Ken Fackler, Jr. has extensive experience in retail operations and emergency response. Since June 1998, Ken has served as a Retail Operations Manager and Phone and eCom Marketing Manager at AutoNation, where responsibilities include managing phone and eCommerce teams and training sales processes for 17 dealerships across the Orlando, Jacksonville, and Mobile, AL areas. Prior to this role, Ken served in the United States Air Force from June 1983 to February 1990 as a Crash Rescue Fire First Responder. Ken pursued higher education at the USAF College from 1984 to 1987.
