Christopher R. Walker serves as the General Counsel for AutoRABIT, providing legal guidance and support to the management team and board of directors since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an attorney at HMB Legal Counsel, Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., and MUCH SHELIST, where activities involved negotiating and managing mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and securities filings. Earlier positions showcased proficiency in drafting various legal agreements, conducting due diligence, and managing transactional matters across multiple industries. Christopher Walker holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry from Yale University and a Juris Doctor with an Intellectual Property Certificate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
