Jennifer Fitzpatrick is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources, project coordination, and community development. Avalon Housing is an Ann Arbor-based nonprofit created in 1992 to provide supportive long-term housing for people who struggle with homelessness and behavioral and physical health challenges, including substance use disorders. We offer a unique blend of intensive property management, support services and community-building to not only end homelessness but improve people’s quality of life. Avalon serves over 800 adults and children in Washtenaw County.
