Daniel A. London possesses extensive experience in portfolio and maintenance operations within the property management industry. Currently serving as Portfolio Operations Director at AvalonBay Communities since June 2017, Daniel previously held the position of Regional Maintenance Director at Windsor Communities from July 2016 to June 2017. Prior to that, Daniel worked at AvalonBay Communities in various capacities, including Portfolio Maintenance Director, managing maintenance operations across North New Jersey and parts of New York. Daniel's career also includes experience as a Sales Specialist in the Appliance department at Lowe's HIW and as a Department Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a focus on Housing and Consumer Economics from The University of Georgia.
