Kelly Youngblood

Kelly Youngblood is an experienced professional in portfolio operations and property management, currently serving as Portfolio Operations Director at Invitation Homes since August 2022. In this role, Kelly has optimized occupancy and revenue for over 3,000 homes, collaborating closely with Leasing and Service Operations teams while mentoring five direct reports. Previously, as Senior Leasing and Marketing Manager at ENCORE Management, Kelly enhanced occupancy for a portfolio of more than 1,000 single-family homes and provided guidance to five employees.
