Deborah Pitonyak

Deborah Pitonyak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and revenue strategy within the residential real estate industry. Currently serving as Product Management Director of Digital Technology at AvalonBay Communities since 2002, Deborah has successfully led the development and launch of the Digital Renewals MVP pilot across over 290 apartment communities. Previous positions at AvalonBay include Senior Manager of Pricing & Revenue, where a revenue strategy for 74 communities was implemented, and Senior Community Manager, where Deborah effectively managed property teams to exceed occupancy targets. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Manager at JPI Partners, where management of a Southern FL portfolio was undertaken, and returning to AvalonBay to oversee community management operations. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware and a Leadership Coaching Program certification from The George Washington University.
