Yael Smolansky

Yael Smolansky has over 14 years of experience in the design industry. Yael began their career in 2006 as a Graphic Design Intern at Kinnerton Confectionery Co Ltd. Yael then moved on to become a Graphic Designer at Moshe Liberman design studio in 2007, where they designed print materials, logos, stationery, and websites. In 2009, they became a Graphic Designer at Studio 0304. In 2011, they joined Time To Know as a Senior UX Designer, where they designed the product's UX and visual concept, dealt with information design, layout, hierarchy, transitions, branding, and 'white-label' design according to project. In 2015, Yael became the UX Design Lead at Taykey, where they led the UX and design process and worked on high level concepts and hands-on designing the UI in collaboration with PMs, Dev, and QA. In 2016, they joined PayPal as a Senior Product Designer. Finally, in 2019, Yael became a Senior Lead Product Design at WeWork. In 2021, they joined Empathy as a Product Design.

Yael Smolansky attended Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Design (B. Des) in Visual Communication.
