James Zdru

James Zdru has extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT management, currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at AVANGRID, Inc. since November 2012, where previous roles included Director of Cybersecurity, Director of IT Security & Compliance, Director of IT Shared Services, and IT Business Relationship Manager. Prior to this, James worked as an IT Project Manager at The United Illuminating Company and held similar positions at HealthMarkets. Earlier in the career, James served as Senior Account Executive at Digital Service Consultants and as Director of Service at Alignis Inc., along with a managerial role in alternative medicine at Oxford Health Plans. James holds dual Master of Business Administration degrees from Strathclyde Business School and Universidad Pontificia Comillas, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance from Southern Connecticut State University.
