Maggie Callahan

Maggie Callahan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event coordination, client care, and education. Currently serving as the Tradeshow and Events Coordinator at Avantik, Maggie manages logistics for company events and supports marketing initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Client Care Coordinator at Avantik and various positions at School of Rock, where Maggie directs a band, provides operations support, and teaches voice and piano. Maggie has operational management experience from Corporate Essentials and Alstede Farms, where responsibilities included event management and efficiency optimization. A graduate of Moravian University with a Bachelor of Music in Performance, Maggie also holds an Executive Education Professional Certification in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
