Mike R. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Mike is currently the Director of Software Engineering at AVB Marketing, where they lead multiple software engineering teams and oversees the modernization of their tech stack. Prior to this, Mike worked at the NYC Department of Social Services, starting as a Software Engineer and eventually becoming the Director of Enterprise Solutions Engineering. In this role, they managed various software engineering and infrastructure teams, overseeing product development and delivery for multiple projects. Mike also has experience at Wall Street Network, Inc. as an AVP and Senior Software Engineer, where they demonstrated expertise in agile development and process transformation. Additionally, they worked at the NYC Human Resources Administration as a Software Engineer, where they developed a sophisticated case management application. Throughout their career, Mike has shown a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions and fostering team and client relationships.
Mike R. attended the City University of New York-College of Staten Island from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
