Stephanie Jarvis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer care management. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Avenues Group since May 2014, Stephanie has honed skills in operational efficiency and service delivery. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at Housing 21 from August 2009 to May 2014 as Housing and Customer Care Supervisor, where responsibilities included overseeing customer care initiatives. Stephanie began their career at Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services as a Credit Controller from June 2006 to August 2009, gaining foundational financial management experience. Education was completed at Stanley Park High School.
