Joshua Strachan

Joshua Strachan is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field, currently serving as the Director and Senior Legal Counsel at AvePoint since May 2021, where responsibilities include contract preparation, legal research, and stakeholder communication. Prior to this, Joshua worked as a Procurement Contracts Attorney at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and as In-House Counsel at S&ME, Inc., focusing on contract management and legal support for complex projects. Additional roles include serving as an Adjunct Professor at Potomac State College, an Associate Attorney at Jones Bullock, P.L.L.C., and earning a Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from WVU Potomac State College.
