Avery Brewing
Ginessa G. has been working in the food industry since 2009. Ginessa began their career at Cargill as a QA Intern in 2009. From 2011-2015, Ginessa worked at First Choice Ingredients as a R&D Applications Specialist, where they were proficient in leading technical customer presentations and developing soups, sauces, dips, seasonings, baked goods, and filled pastas. From 2015-2016, they worked at ConAgra Foods as a Food Scientist. Ginessa then moved to TreeHouse Foods in 2016, where they worked as a Food Scientist. In 2019, they began working at Avery Brewing Co. as a QA Analyst and later became the Sr. QA Analyst - Lab Manager.
Ginessa G. attended Iowa State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Food Scientist certification from the International Food Science Certificiation Commission. In 2019, they earned a Certificate in Applied Craft Brewing from Regis University.
