From the moment we receive it, and in every step of the way, we take care of it as if it’s our own. We have 300+ tons of cooled storage on the tarmac at Amsterdam airport. Fresh cargo is kept in the cool store as late as possible. Exposure to ambient temperature is therefore minimal, and so maximises shelf life.
