Mauricio Maestre

Mauricio Maestre has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and positions. Mauricio began their career at Credomatic as a Credit and Collections Manager from 1996 to 1998. Mauricio then joined Citi as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they conducted credit analysis and evaluated investment opportunities for economic groups and large corporations in El Salvador and Central America. During this time, they also took on the role of Credit and Collections Manager for the Credit Card Business.

In 2003, Maestre transitioned to TACA, where they served as the Financial Controller. Mauricio was responsible for budget creation, cost reduction, and the restructuring process of the company, resulting in significant savings. At Avianca, they held the positions of Finance and Corporate Development Manager and Corporate Finance Director. In these roles, they managed financial institutions and credit rating agencies, led projects to bring strategic investors into the company, and structured bond issuances.

More recently, Maestre joined Equifax as the CAM & MEX SFO and currently holds the position of Director of Finance at Teleperformance.

Mauricio Maestre earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Boston University in 1995. In 2003, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
