Paola Villota

Paola Villota is an experienced professional in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as Vice President of Human Management at Avianca since June 2016, where responsibilities include oversight of talent management and labor relations. Prior to Avianca, Paola held the position of Labor Relations Manager at LATAM Airlines from March 2011 to June 2016 and worked as a Senior Labor Relations Lawyer at Banco Santander for a brief period in 2010. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Labor Judge in Bogotá and as a Judicial Assistant at the Superior Court of Bogotá. Paola Villota holds a degree from Universidad del Norte and a specialization in Labor Law and Social Security from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
