Paul Ng is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Co Head of the Mediation Standing Committee at The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation and as a Partner and Head of Aviation at Rajah & Tann Asia. Additionally, Paul holds positions as a Visiting Researcher/Scholar at the University of Cambridge and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the National University of Singapore. Paul is also the Co Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Aviation Finance and Law and a Specialist Mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Centre. With a long-standing career, Paul has been a Partner at Milbank LLP since 2014, where Paul leads the Transport and Space practice in Asia, and has been involved with the Aviation Working Group as a member of the Executive Committee of the Legal Advisory Panel. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Stephenson Harwood LLP and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Paul Ng is an alumnus of Queen Mary University of London.

Aviation Working Group
AWG is a not-for-profit legal entity comprised of major aviation manufacturers, leasing companies and financial institutions that contribute to the development of policies, laws and regulations that facilitate aviation financing and leasing. The statutory objective of AWG, as set out in its memorandum of association, are to contribute to the development and acceptance of policies, laws, regulations and rules that: (i) Facilitate advanced international aviation financing and leasing, and (ii) Address inefficiencies in aviation financing or leasing or that constrain these transactions. AWG is comprised of the world's leading aviation manufacturers, financiers, and lessors. It brings these three perspectives to bear in addressing aviation financing and leasing topics.
