Alex Jimenez

Alex Jimenez has extensive experience in corporate development and tax management, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development at AvidXchange, Inc. since December 2021, following a progression from Senior Manager to Senior Corporate Development Analyst within the same organization. Prior to AvidXchange, Alex worked as a Tax Manager at Driven Brands, Inc. from October 2020 to December 2021, and held multiple positions at EY between October 2014 and October 2020, including Manager of International Tax and Transaction Services. Early career experience includes a Tax/Audit Internship at Keiter in mid-2013. Alex holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from East Carolina University.
