Jiaxi Ferrara

Jiaxi Ferrara is a seasoned corporate development professional with extensive experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and integration management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director and Head of Corporate Development at Duck Creek Technologies since September 2022, Jiaxi is responsible for leading a corporate development team and successfully executing M&A strategies, including integration efforts for a recent French acquisition. Prior roles include Director of Corporate Development & Strategic Investments at Independence Blue Cross, Manager of Corporate Development & M&A at Ascensus, and significant positions at Tyco and KPMG, where Jiaxi contributed to numerous successful deals and integration strategies. Jiaxi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Drexel University.
