Jessimine Merino

Jessimine Merino has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development at AvidXchange, Inc. since July 2014, where responsibilities include evaluating training programs and delivering diverse instructional content. Previously held roles include Senior Learning & Development Specialist and Learning And Development Specialist II, focusing on training needs assessments and material creation. Prior to this, roles in Supplier Operations involved creating onboarding curricula, managing employee performance, and analyzing payment processes. Earlier experience includes customer service coordination at TJX and internships addressing LGBTQ issues at UNC Charlotte, as well as mental health and social services involvement. Jessimine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Queens University of Charlotte and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Central Piedmont Community College.
