Leana Zona

Leana Zona, M.Ed, is a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at AvidXchange, Inc. since July 2021. Previously, Leana held various roles at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, including Senior Program Manager, Instructor for College Transition Seminar, and Academic Advisor and Communications Specialist from August 2015 to June 2021. Additional experience includes a Barista position at Starbucks, an Academic Advisor Intern, and a Graduate Assistant at the University of Maine, as well as an Events Intern at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Leana's earlier career includes roles at Wells Fargo and UNC Charlotte, along with customer service experience at Wilson Farm. Leana holds a Graduate Certificate in Learning, Design, and Technology from UNC Charlotte, a Master's in Education from the University of Maine, an EMT-Basic certificate, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UNC Charlotte.
