David Bryant

David Bryant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, change management, and coaching. Currently, David serves as the Head Girls Tennis Coach at Sheboygan Falls High School and as Org Effectiveness and Change Management Lead at Charter Manufacturing. Prior roles include Lead Spark at DHB Change Advisors, where David facilitated cultural transformation for American Family Insurance, and Advisor at FarWell, guiding clients in change navigation. David's impactful tenure at Kohler Co. spanned various roles focused on cultural evolution and employee engagement, contributing to a workplace environment comprising 37,000 associates. With a solid foundation in HR from Accenture and earlier HR Generalist roles, David holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
