Mike McGuire

Mike McGuire is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles in the financial and advisory sectors. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Springline Advisory Holdings, LLC since September 2023, and as a Member of the Board of Directors at AvidXchange, Inc. since October 2021, Mike has a strong background in FinTech. Previously, Mike retired as the CEO of Grant Thornton LLP, a position held since 2002, after serving in various leadership roles including National Managing Partner for Markets, Industry, People & Culture and Carolinas Managing Partner. Mike began the professional journey at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where important positions were held from 1982 to 2002, including the Carolinas Audit Division Head. An alumnus of Bowling Green State University, Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems between 1977 and 1982.
